Works amazingly
I purchased this to help with a venous leakage issue. After practicing and learning how to make best use of the pump and which ring worked best, I used it to prep myself for sex with my wife. We were both surprised by how hard and thick I was, and she was not complaining about the effects. Sex was better than it had been for years. I can’t recommend it enough. My only issue, a personal one, is that I am already as wide as the cylinder before any pumping. Once pumped, I I have a really hard time (no pun intended) pulling out of it even slathered in lube. I would really love an optional cylinder purchase of 2.5” wide across. But, this a personal issue and not a knock against the product.

This works amazingly well. My ex liked it "pumped" full. Only problem I had was the tube is only a little over 9 inches long and at FULL pump of your like me you can get a "hickey" on the tip. Luckily my new gf likes the firmness it still provides without having to have the "full pump".

Pump apparatus appears to well constructed but the bands need bigger grips and need to be more durable. I broke one on third use and they are difficult to get off unless you are ver6 patient.
