Easier to use than the Osbon rings , and results are better. They are also cheaper.

Having used other rings (Osbon) for years with limited success I decided to try these. Inspection upon their arrival filled me with apprehension and dread, my mind zooming back to the caster bands we used on calves years ago. After much hesitation I decided to risk it all and try them. As noted by others I used lube and smurched the ring onto the hideous tube over the lubricated cone with hand and fingers, proceeded and succeeded. Damn thing worked great, many times better than the others. Trimming as much fur from the area as possible without self mutilation is advisable to reduce entanglement upon removal.. You may need to apply lube again after to make removal easier, the large handles are very helpful.
