This works excellent ! Very powerful motor and the rubber inserts are thick and strong. Not that cheap flimsy inserts that come with other pumps. Your balls get sucked in by the cheap inserts if you try to turn up the pressure at all. You cannot press the cheap ones up against your body hard enough to keep this from happening. This pump and inserts will hold the pressure without de-balling you for as long as you like. This is a medical grade device. I had prostate cancer 12 years ago and have been using one ever since. This is the first replacement I have needed. This is the same one I used for 12 years and this new one performs just as well. Believe me I have tried others and they are a joke compared to this one. It works !

Great device Does leak vacuum down. Will not hold vacuum for longer periods of time. Especially for physical therapy use.

The item pictured is exactly the replacement I needed, but is NOT what I received. Apparently Pos-T-Vac has changed its design, and the new one is not interchangeable with the old. The gentleman on the phone was very pleasant and helpful, and even sent me a free tube kit to fit the new pump, which now works perfectly. I would have given this 5 stars, if you would just REPLACE THE OBSOLETE PICTURE! It's deceptive!

The greater power available with 3 AA batteries speeds up the process. Pump head exactly fit my existing tube.
